I change my review as 3 stars. Well, for me, food was OK. Price was reasonable and people were friendly and kind.
The only issue is the taste, which is not the one from South Korea. Maybe this restaurant should show more specific guide of food origin (norther Korea, and Yeonbun, northeastern china).
**I give 2 stars even my friends asked me to rate 1 star, because for me it was kind of ok... and think there will be an improvement soon. Here are the issues.
This is a Chinese Resturan which trying to make Korean food without experience. Some food was OK... but will need more basic knowledge of Korean food (not just a color and aperance).
I love Chinese food so I wad kind of ok, but my Korean friend couldn't eat most of them because of Chinese spice sent and taste was too strong. (I think that would be 'star anise'. Korean food almost never use it, but this restaurant used a lot...). Other friend - he is Chinese - laughed about foods and called it a 'Faking identity'. I also tried some take out to my coworkers two times but didn't get good feedback... (food was OK to them, but they were expecting 'Korean food').
However price was not bad. At least they provided meal with reasonable price. I think that cooks search the Korean food receip from Google and tried their best. Unfortunately, food was too modified into Chinese taste. Maybe this restaurant should just follow the original recipe, or use less Star anise or other...

Food is not really taste authentic Korean food doesn’t even smell Korean. Moreover i can taste the paprika they used is indian paprika not the chili powder of korean. I ordered a bibimbap and it taste nothing like a bibimbap its too greasy and the gochujang sauce is diluted in addition bibimbap never used dry chili peppers so basically the bibimbap taste like an infused chinesse dish by the help of greasy and dried chili peppers which commonly used in chinesse dish.
We order bbq chicken with bones but its literally bones and very thin meat the neck part is not even fully cooked.
Squid skewers are not bad for the price but i can taste its the same seasoning they used on the bbq chicken.
All in all this restaurant is not that bad its good but not so good if your looking for real...
Read moreIt’s located within T&T, so the atmosphere is like a food court. Make sure you grab a table first before ordering or you might be stranded.
For the food, $15 for a bibimbap in this economy is pretty good! The beef was tender and flavourful, and although the lettuce and corn was a bit odd, it was overall tasty and I was pleasantly surprised. Loved that it was in a dolsot too, it gives the rice an extra crispy texture. We also got a pork belly kimbap that was okay, the oshinko really made it but I don’t think I’d order it again.
Service was friendly and kind, and they even brought our food to the table which was a step above the typical food court experience.
I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here, but it’s certainly healthier and fresher than getting the hot food in case you need something to eat before...
