SunTea 新作の茶 Brentwood — Attraction in Calgary

This was another failed drink shop full of self-centred, entitled young people that work here. I ordered drinks from UberEats and went for a pickup order. Then they thought that seeing a proof of purchase on my phone was the most important thing in the world. My phone was not working properly and was very slow. I told them of this and I was in a hurry but they bluntly tell me they won't give me the order I paid for if they don't see it. First of all, there is almost no chance of identity theft as I ordered this only a few minutes before. As someone that ordered pickup about a hundred times, almost all businesses gave it to me without a check. Secondly, are they going to refuse giving the order to everyone that forgot to bring their phone or the battery is dead? I'm not sure if they know that UberEats has a website alternative to the app people can order from. Fortunately, my phone eventually worked then the girl gave it to me saying they had to do this to make sure. Seriously, I don't care. I'm not sure why they were telling me this. It seemed like it's more important to try to cover the blame on them instead of thinking of another human being. Anyways, I won't be going back as there are a lot more drink shops in Calgary. Hopefully, they will be ones that actually care about customer needs.

It's not the customer's problem there could be mix-ups in the orders. It also does not matter what you think if you want to run a successful business. Customers are always right so you should be thinking about a way to do this in comfort to them or don't do it at all. You earn profits from doing hard work and not from making policies only of comfort to you. Remember they are ones that give reviews online which determines if other customers want to visit you in the future. You can do what you want in your store but this service was not adequate for me so I won't be using it again. I would also recommend not responding to online reviews to justify your actions. I’m truly baffled that people had rated this place so highly but reading through the reviews they don’t detail anything spectacular that makes this place any better than others. We ordered fresh taro mochi roasted milk tea. The tea was not roasted flavour and you couldn’t taste any tea flavour. The absolute worst thing I’ve ever experienced in a bubble tea was their mochi. It was not a chewy rice ball texture but a slimey guey texture not fully solid or liquid but stick congealed glob, just imagine a slimey snotty booger and that is what the entire drink was. You have to continue slurping up the slimey glob up the straw. Everyone who tried it, said it was the worst bubble tea they ever had, even a water down bubble is better. Our other friend ordered the strawberry lime and that was water with a lime in it.

Other reviews, speaking highly of the ability to have zero sugar is just silly when all places do that now. If you have to go here, then the coconut purple rice is what it sounds would be the drink I suggest you order if you do have to come here. But nearby alternatives is: Gong Cha, Lazy Monkey, The Alley, Snowy Village, Fuwa Fuwa all have much higher quality of ingredient. So I came when they did the grand opening and i was there at 9am to line up to be first 100th customer. Later on an employee a male came out and give us the number . When he give me mine number I asked if I can go to the washroom and I'll be right back to the line he said no I cannot . I said but I need to really go to the washroom it will just be 2 mins and he said no I should not leave the line . So I had to waited until 11am to get serve cause I was number 30 on the line. What kind of people make someone hold on to their pee for 2 hours ?
