The man I spoke with at JE demonstrated excellent customer service. I was searching for a specialty, 1/0 copper terminal which is commonly used by extreme car audio enthusiasts in the USA, and the owner went beyond expected customer service, inspecting and opening his wall stock in hopes of finding the specific part. AND, when he did not find the part, he apologized for the inconvenience. What a kind man.
Though I did not make a purchase at this location, his etiquette is commendable. Hence, my rating applies solely to JE's customer service.

I tried to explain that to him he says "oh the internet says a lot of things." So he charged me $30 for a diagnostic that took 2.5 business days just to tell me "processor is broken, buy a new one". Read moreSpent 175.00 to service my vintage amplifier. Volume switch was noisy said he would service complete and test. Got it back and set it up and static noise still present from volume switch. Took the cover off and was shocked at how the whole units full of dust and 'debris. Called with no explanation except we only blow it out we don"t wipe it.
