Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service
I recently visited UPS Canada to send my passport for visa stamping. UPS policy requires passports to be delivered to the store for safety, which I understood and agreed to. However, when I tracked my package, it showed “Delivered” on December 17th at 11 AM. I went to the store at 6 PM to collect it, but the staff member at the front, Rajdeep, was incredibly rude and dismissive.
She claimed the package wasn’t there, showed no concern for my situation, and outright refused to connect me to a supervisor or manager when I asked. She offered no reassurance about the safety of my important document and treated the issue like I had lost a trivial item.
The next day (December 18th), I returned and had the same experience with Rajdeep, who remained unhelpful and condescending. After much insistence, she finally called the manager. Thankfully, the manager was professional, reassured me that the package was safe, and promised to personally look into the matter.
While the manager’s response was helpful, Rajdeep’s behavior was unacceptable. She clearly lacks the basic customer service skills required for her role and should not be interacting with customers, especially when handling sensitive documents.
This experience was unnecessarily stressful, and I hope UPS addresses this issue to ensure better service...
Read moreI have been going to this UPS for over 2 years. I have an online business so I pack my items and drop it off at this UPS, already paid for online with the lable. I like this UPS as I can get a cart and pack all my boxes in and walk in and drop it off.... So easy. One major issue is that there is only one person working there so, many time I arrive and no one is there. "back in 10 minutes", so I waited for 45 minutes once and the man said he was sorry and next time just drop it off as my packages are already paid for with a label. Many many times I have gone there and no one is there so, I have been dropping off my packages and leaving. Today I did the same thing and when I got home I realized I forgot one package. I went back to the Walmart UPS store and my packages from earlier today were out in front of the UPS store! The girl there was super rude and said I was trespassing and she moved all my boxes to the front. She did not scan them and said to me she didn't know who they belonged to. My question is, if I didn't go back to this UPS store.... What would have happened to all my packages?. Be careful of this. Do not leave anything here. I will never be back to this UPS store..... Staff is good for nothing especially employee name Navjoth, she accepted my order through walmart platform and didn’t even send any pickup email to me as a customer. I was supposed to receive my order latest by April 08 and today as of 23 I am still figuring out if Ia m going to receive my package or a refund because every other day I either receive email for refund request confirmation or the case has been escalated to higher authorities for delayed package. I am not even sorry for my language but the staff at this store is good for nothing, I don’t know the name of other guy who initially called for the package arrival a day after after I already requested for refund, even that guy was so rude that he hung up while I was having conversation. They are so inconvenient and unreasonable that they can’t even bare customer’s frustration after their poor customer service.
