Fisherman's Wharf — Attraction in Campbell River

Well the key fob to get onto the dock stopped working the second night so we had to stay outside and wait for over an hour and luckily someone came out and let us In to our boat. Otherwise I guess we’d be stuck out for the night. Also we couldn’t use the washrooms and showers that night which was why we came in to port in the first place. This is, without any doubt, the best run, kindest, most can-do Marina I've ever encounter. Best staff ever. I was fortunate to get a little slip in here a few years ago. It's so great. Even my neighbour was telling me yesterday that it's the greatest staff he's ever encountered at any marina anywhere. A big shout out to the entire team who give this unique place such small-town heart. 7 stars! Too bad google...

This was a lovely walk along the working waterfront of Campbell River. Amazing skill of fishermen taking their boats out to sea... And idiot amateur sailors trying to suck their boat at the government wharf... Very amusing and...
