Horrible experience dining here!

We got here at 6pm and left at 8pm with only having had 2 appies…

We ordered wings and calamari, two of the most basic items that they could prepare. It took over 50 minutes for the 2 appies to appear. When we finally received them they were luke warm, not crispy, and quite bland. The vegetable garnish appeared that it had been cut by a child. The green onions were half cut but not sliced entirely, so it wasn't actually cut!

The plates were hot showing they had likely sat under the heat window in the kitchen for some time.

We never got an apology or reason for why the food was taking so long. I even asked the server if the kitchen was having problems as we were planning to order main courses but he didnt apologize or say anything about the kitchen struggling. The only excuse he offered was that they were behind on skip the dish orders but we only saw one skip driver come in the whole time..

The dining room was occupied but most of the tables only had 2 people. It did not seem super busy or anything. The bartender also looked slow and noticed that our server had to run and pour his own drinks from time to time. Again, no apology or discount for the fact we waited close to an hour for a couple of appies…

Finally, we had had enough and decided to head to superstore to pickup some pizza pops and ramen instead for our main course. Absolute embarrassment of a restaurant. I wouldn't let my worst enemy dine here. A real embarrassment of...

I haven’t been here to eat in like two years.

Used to be pretty good. Not sure what happened but the food is actually inedible now. I was served noodles that were about half cooked in a puddle wet cheese with random cherry tomatoes thrown on top and a spoonful of not even pulled pork just seasoned pork and was told it was their “signature pulled pork Mac and cheese” and they wanted $20 for it.

Throwing cherry tomatoes onto a pile of slop isn’t “presentation.” Learn how to make something if you’re going to put it on your menu. And no it wasn’t busy so don’t give me that excuse.

They then made it up to me by bringing out a burger that tasted like dogfood accompanied by fries that they also didn’t put in the fryer for long enough. I’m guessing it was their freezer fries because they were different from what everyone else got. The Caesar was also terrible. I felt like I was being served food from a buddy who is hammered and divorced at 2 pm on a Tuesday begging me to come over and eat his terrible food he’s been grilling so that he doesn’t hang himself.

Eat somewhere else before you gamble. Unless you want to spend more time in the bathroom...

To start the service my girl friend and I received was horrible to say the least, she obviously had other tables that were of more importance as it took over 20 mins just to get our order placed. When our order arrived my poutine was warm not hot and the tacos were cold soooo not worth the price!! My girl friends meal was good but she wanted to get a refill of her drink but our server didn't wait long enough when she brought our food for her to ask and we had to try and flag down another server. The only great part was after I got up to find our server and order the dessert (wow they can make dessert as it was sooo tasty) was the best part of the whole experience. Sad note their seemed to be no manager around as we wanted to speak with someone but instead paid our not so worth it bill and left unhappy saying how neither of us would be back. As we left we saw the table of guys that clearly had our servers attention grrr. Got our servers name in the end by talking with someone else who works there who wasn't surprised of...
