We cannot recommend Asado Wood Fired Grill enough for wedding catering! From the very beginning, Diana was an absolute joy to work with—professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful through every step of the process. She guided us with menu planning, portion sizes, and all the little details to ensure our meal was exactly what we envisioned.

On the wedding day, the execution was flawless. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. They worked seamlessly in the background, allowing us to simply enjoy the day without any worries.

And the food—wow! We had chicken and ribs, vegan portobello mushroom burgers, sliders, mac and cheese, roasted beet salad, and corn on the cob. Every dish was absolutely incredible, and so many of our guests went out of their way to tell us how much they loved it. The chicken and ribs were a particular standout, and the mac and cheese was a crowd favorite!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Asado Wood Fired Grill for our wedding in August 2024! From the start, they were incredibly responsive and easy to collaborate with. They advised us on the perfect amount of food based on our guest count and the cocktail-style vibe we wanted, crafting a menu that fit perfectly with our vision. Since we opted for finger foods, Asado did an amazing job presenting everything beautifully on platters and a wooden structure that matched the décor of the venue. The staff was attentive, continually replenishing items as they got low, and the flow of food was seamless. Asado catered our wedding this past weekend in the valley. We had an amazing charcuterie selection during cocktail hour. It was way bigger than we expected! Our mains were the chicken & ribs, smoked beef brisket, and vegan portobello burger, along with roasted potatoes, wok'd veggies, and kale caesar salad.

Every element of the meal was perfect - even better than when we had our tasting! Lots of people went up for seconds, and it did seem like the brisket was the fan favourite.

Communication was excellent, and Diana was a wonderful person to work with. Staff onsite were friendly and super helpful, even offering to cut our wedding cake when that was not really in their job description for the night.
