We did the ropes course and the whole family (ages 9 to 53) loved it! Our guide, Alex, was a wonderful instructor who gave our safety orientation and also shared tips on how best to use the equipment to maximize the fun. For the ropes course, there are four different courses available that increase in challenging obstacles, and most importantly in reach. Not recommended for those with an extreme fear of heights, or mobility issues. For two hours, we were able to complete 3 out of the 4 courses (green, yellow, and blue…no one had the guts to try the black…maybe next time.) The ropes course has several zip lines incorporated into the course so if you can’t decide between the zip line tour or the ropes course, you get both (albeit much shorter zip line runs) experiences with the ropes course. Highly recommended as an add on to your Grouse...
Read moreThis is about Mountain rope adventure . I am little disappointed with our guide Burke . Me and my friend were little scared in the beginning so it took us more time to complete the yellow course . Later he just told us we don’t have enough time for the other courses . He did not let us know anything in the beginning. If he would have told us before about the time limit we would have tried to complete the yellow course faster and able to complete at-least two more courses. Also while doing the yellow course, we called and asked him how to stand properly on the rope since this is our first time, but he was busy in phone and we had to call him 3/4 times and then he would listen to us.
We felt we didn’t get our money’s worth and the rope adventure...

Our guides were Steven 🏴 and Claudia 🇳🇿 and they were FANTASTIC. I had a bit of fear during the last two challenges and they were absolutely kind about it. I wish my childhood self had folks like these to help me mentally work through my fear of heights. So my advice is do it scared, rather than not do it. It was so great to know I could opt out of the challenging bits and I know I will be back to finish the last two (now that I know what a boss...
