Grouse Mountain Outfitters — Local services in District of North Vancouver

I have a very bad experience with the outfit store on Grouse Mountain.with the premium price paid for the items in the store, I assumed products will be the top of the quality and customer service. But I was total wrong. I purchased a pants for almost $400 from the store Saturday night, and Sunday morning I found there is a three inches long rip and I came back to the store to see if they can give me a replacement or at least fix it for me( I was not sure if the rip was there before I purchased it), after the store supervisor communicated with his manager, he came back to me said they cannot do anything about it. And he said it is “wear and tear”. I will not purchase anything from this...

Super rude asian staff. Shout at me and my little brother for trying the neck warmer and choose the other design said it was dirty and they didn’t have the cleaning policy😦👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻I was completely terrified after that.

Some other places have signs like no touching or something but this is a clothing and equipment store how can we purchase them without trying and how do we know which one suits us best by just taking a look.🤔

However, I came back like 2hrs later cus my brother need some equipments and the other staffs were very helpful...

I would give only one star, but the merchandising is good, so the person selecting the brands and assortments does a great job. However, the three sales associates were just hanging around the counter. I had to approach them several times to ask questions.
