We came this way to see the bears, but realized our legs were still Jello after the GG hike and decided to plop our bums down for a quick drink. We didn’t partake in the bbq, but it smelled great. The Grizzly Amber Ale was refreshing for us and gave us enough post-hike clarity that we didn’t need to see the bears as theres enough photos on Google maps for that. We drank our beers and made our way to the Gondolas!

I’d like to give an honorable mention to Chloe, who was working behind the bar. I went with a friend to eat and have some beers, but the amber beer keg was empty. Chloe was extremely kind and immediately offered to change the empty keg for a new one. She was incredibly helpful and made sure we could enjoy our favorite beer. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude truly stood out. 10/10 ★★★★★

View is spectacular but food is so expensive. I know it’s highly tourist attraction but prices are so high and quality is low . I got pasta salad and actually it tastes strange. Staff are working hard but not with good customer care that is needed in this place.

Was looking forward to a good BBQ, but food ended up super mediocre (both taste and portions) but at exorbitant prices. Understand that it may be marked up more than usual due to location, but the worst part is the absolutely terrible counter service. Didn’t pay attention to their name tags, but Guy 1 (young, doesn’t wear a uniform, curly hair and dangly earring on one side) looks so jaded as if someone owes him his paycheck. Slouching over the cashier while talking to patrons, eye rolls, no smiles, no thank you, no response to a thank you. Guy 2 (looks more senior, wears a uniform, cap, skinny and lanky) also gives a bad attitude the whole time. The only saving grace was that the staff who took our order was at least somewhat friendly. Should have just dined at...

The chubby chef didn't wear gloves on his sausage fingers when making the food. He looked like he ate most the food himself. No hygiene what so ever. The cheeseburger was cold no flavour, the fruit wasn't ripe and was rock hard. Worst decision I've ever made eating here, terrible service, no passion, my stomach was hurting 20 minutes after eating the burger. No wonder the toilets are positioned so close to the restaurant. Change is needed asap, this is on grouse mountain and needs to be way better. I'm super disappointed as a fellow vancouverite and my nephew from England had his stomach messed up too. Just all...

The food is just OK. $25 for a cold cheese burger on a dry bun is not acceptable, even in a very tourist loaded location. Been here for 40min and still haven't got my beer. Won't be back, don't recommend eating here. Go to Altitudes Bistro, been there many times and the food was always good.

Update, after 30min of waiting for the beer I went up to the counter to complain. Found out the tap was not working and they stopped taking order for the IPA. They never came to me to tell me the tap was not working. They did give me a refund for the $10.35 16oz beer and gave me a bottle of...
