SEPHORA — Attraction in Fort McMurray

10/10 for verginia for efforts and look she gave me. However, my experience didnt go well.i visited the store for the full face makeup appointment which i booked for graduation. I was being told that its okay it looks good, my makeup was not even blended 10%. Despite telling I DONT WANT THAT CAKEY BASE. THIS PERSON KEPT PUTTING PRODUCTS ON MY FACE AND DID NOT EVEN BLEND. Ruined my skin base and my skin prep i did myself before my makeup.

SPENT more than 2 HOUR. Kept saying i am sorry it creased/ i am sorry i dont want too much makeup. LESS IS MOREE.

Associate was doing the makeup after mentioning artist will be called (person chatgpted the eye inspo, when i am clearly showing what i want)

I dont know i kept feeling things were being rushed coz apparently they had more appointments following to mine.

AFTER 1 HOUR second person (verginia) takes over gurl did best to make it look better. But 10 layers of products on my face kept creasing and it kept getting worst.

ANOTHER 1 HOUR AND I GOT MY THING REDONE BY VERGINIA (thanks gurl you are the best)

I left store with smile and thanked everyone specially verginia. But MY EXPERIENCE WAS BAD OVERALL.

Conclusion: dont waste someones time and money specially when they are coming for something very special. For customers: DONT GET YOUR SERVICES DONE WITH THIS SEPHORA WITHOUT...

Impossible to shop comfortably in store....

I came to Sephora Fort McMurray today specifically to browse and BUY. However, I was forced out of the store within a few minutes by the OVERPOWERING smell of perfume. This is the second time I have been driven out of the store by the strong perfume. The first time I was doing a pick up and could not even stand to wait in line, I had to go outside the store and get helped from there. I have shopped Sephora for years in Edmonton and Calgary and spent an hour or more with no difficulties. As I literally ran out of the store today, I met a friend on the escalator who told me they could never go in the store due to the heavy perfume smell. This is the 4th person who said that to me. I would rather shop online and wait a week than deal with the reek of perfume and inevitable headache that I have gotten both times I visited Sephora...

nothing but bad vibes. staff were rude and judgemental, staffed followed me once i walked in the store with my friend. went to check out and accidentally ripped a tiny corner of my money while pulling it out (moneys was still visible to read). they gave me the most disgusting and rude look like i was giving them the money on purpose when i just accidentally ripped a very small piece (reminder that the bill was still easy to read) yet they were most RUDEST WOMEN I’VE MET. Never coming back again to those...
