There is an excellent collection of prehistoric materials here ranging from the stromatolites and the first signs of life on Earth to full skeletal reconstructions of large dinosaurs. Walking the perimeter will take you from the dawn of life to the not-so-distant past, with an impressive amount of full skeletons, fragments, interactive/hands-on items, and enough information to keep you engaged for an hour.
