Panda Express — Restaurant in Edmonton

I went here today October 15th around 3. I felt the male worker was very rude to me. He was friendly and polite to the person before me but when it was me he seemed more angry. He started preparing the persons order behind me before he even rung up my order. When he came up to cashier to ring up my order he said something but i couldnt hear him and i thought he was asking me if i wanted a fork or chopsticks so i said fork. He got annoyed and asked louder if I wanted a drink which I said no. He put my order in without another word and before i was done paying he moved over to the next cashier and began ringing it up for the customer behind me and was much more friendlier and nicer and told him to have a good day. I'm also First Nations so I don't know if it was because of that. Usually the staff here are nice and polite but he was rude and angry seeming to me. Made me super...

Nice variety, delicious food. But find the prices are on the higher side for the portion they give. Plus they charge extra for the speciality dishes. One of my favorites is the honey walnut shrimp and sometimes i would just get the individual large box. I must say, I was very disappointed about the quantity. Thinking that it's close to what $20 incl GST, I thought my large box would be filled to the top...sadly that was naive of me.. apparently, it's by the # of shrimps (if only had i known...good to ask before you buy). I have been to other locations here in Edmonton and found they give a bit more than the one at this location. Last year, we stopped at Panda Express in States and found their portions are much more reasonable than here. I would give this location 5 stars if not for the pricing...

Bought food here when it wasn’t busy. The customer service is amazing as they are polite and well spoken! The food is terrible, the fried rice was hard, my peach shrimp was not coated in any sauce, wasn’t crunchy but soggy. My sesame chicken also had no sauce, the chicken meat itself was nonexistent with majority of it being squishy. I also found a hard substance similar to a bone. By far the worst food I’ve gotten from Panda Express, I would suggest students to eat somewhere else more...
