Ho Ho Chinese Foods — Restaurant in Greater Strathcona

Ridiculous way of serving. I ordered there in sub at 11:20am which is not peak time but waited 28mins, still they were not cooking my order. They were so busy with delivery orders and almost half hour later I still need to wait them to finish another ten online orders, that was not 11:30, only one more customer in restaurant was in front of me who didn’t get food either before I left. Though they refunded me, I still feel absurd that they ignored their customer in the restaurant. They should somehow balance their online and in store orders.

I could give one more star because the food in this restaurant is good. But they really need to think about how to treat...
