I generally love this place, the stairs and the trails. Tranquil, but can also be busy with people.

Sometimes I wish there were some etiquette standards posted somewhere...but I feel pretty safe. The trails are pretty well maintained, in terms of leaves & branches out of the way. I do regularly see broken glass at 'pitstop' areas - which is to be expected, but then I wonder about that type of maintenance and security.

Peaceful Views and Nature All Around Escarpment Rail Trail Lookout is a beautiful spot to take a panoramic views of Hamilton and Niagara Escarpment.
