Kings Landing — Restaurant in Hamilton

My boyfriend and I go sometimes to get a drink with apps. I've had two experiences, one was awesome great waitress, awesome customer service with great food and drinks. Other times I got a terrible waitress, I'm talking 4/5 drinks I had to walk up to the bar for refills, I'd get it if its busy but I'm not kidding the waitress was eating, and talking to her boyfriend/hook up in the corner while being on her phone. The owner noticed we were looking for her so he came over and we ordered spinach dip, food and drinks have always been good but to improve I would A get rid of that waitress, she's a pretty blood but terrible at customer service. And B the owneer saw all this happening and the waitress was not told to stop eating, sitting, being on her phone, etc, your employees need to take you seriously i think you need more of a voice. The food use to be good. When they first opened but now everything is frozen and buyable at a grocery store. The last time I was there we asked for chicken fingers but they were all out and couldn't make any for us but offered grilled chicken instead. When asked if frozen the waitress said unfortunately yes. There tables are always sticky and sometimes there's a long wait when not busy. Only reason I kept going was this 1 waitress will remember who you are and what you eat before you even sit down. The owner should find a steady cook and go back to their original ways when they first opened (that's where the service was amazing). Don't waste your money when you can go next store to metro and make the same...

Should be an option for 0 stars. My family was im this establishment for dinner. The next morning my husband woke up with food poisoning. 100% from what he had eatten from here. I called the resturant when they opened to speak with the manager and he wasnt in, i called back at 4 and he still wasnt in and he was suppose to be there at 1pm. Great management!!NOT!! He finally called me back and i told him what happened and he started to defend his kitchen staff and told me he ate the chicken last night too. He did nothing for us. Will never go back to this restaurant. Such a shame its down the street from me. Booo...
