I brought my 4 years old with his 6 years old friend. It was the first time for my son so it was a bit difficult for him to actually climb as he was a bit afraid. But as he saw the other kids and adults climbing and having fun, he loosen up. The place is clean, super colourful, the staff are super fun to be around, the security measures were very well explained. They were very attentive to everyone around to insure our security. The harness and such, were all verified every time we went to the bathroom or seemed out of place. The materials didn't feel over used so i felt secure to let my son slide down. The price is competitive for an hour activity with a kid. It was 13$ and i'm glad i did not have to pay any type of entrance fee and could just walk and make sure my son was fine. The activities were really fun. However I didn't find there was enough activities to fill the one hour, both kids got bored rather quickly. Unless you pay extra for the "lip of faith" and "Vertical Drop slide". I strongly suggest to check when it's not too packed, lucky enough it wasn't so we didn't have to wait much for the activity. They have lockers you can pay 1$ to secure your items or just the locker room with hangers and boot. I will definitely go again with and even without my son. Good Job Staff, you made this more fun...
Read moreWe attended a 6th birthday party on Sunday, February 4 at 2pm. The host of the party had all the guest arrive early and were being fitted with harnesses.
The children were between the ages 4-10 so many needed help. We had one child left to be fitted for a harness when a large group entered. Our instructor, code name “Koala” immediately left our group and started tending to the new guests. We told her we have one child left to be fitted for a harness. She ignored me. Perhaps it was a language barrier. So we told her in French. Again rolled her eyes and ignored us. She was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Since we were there first she should have finished with our group before moving on to the next. If she had an issue with the language or she needed more help, she should have said.
Perhaps she could benefit from a refresher course on customer service and dealing with guests as her behaviour was completely unacceptable for any establishment.
Luckily, another instructor named “Seven” took over our group. He was fantastic. He was helpful with the kids and answered all our questions.
If you plan to host a birthday party there do yourself a favour and request you do not have “Koala” as one of your instructors. Once she was out of our party, everything went well. The party was a hit! The guests and birthday...
