3 Brasseurs - Centropolis Laval — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Eat a protein bar prior to coming here. The waitress was superb nice with us but unfortunately, it took 2.5 hours to get all the dishes at our table. Thank god I had a protein bar in the car that I munched on 3 hours prior to coming here. Make sure you order the triton which is 3L of the beer of your choice for the wait. Also please eat a protein protein bar prior so you won’t die of hunger or get “hangry”. I’ve been to over a thousand restaurants in my life and this is the top 10, actually the top 1st for the wait! The saddest part was that the poutine has maybe 6 pieces of cheese in total and lacked sauce... Post scriptum, I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 because of the kind waitress. Sadly, the total rating of a restaurant relies on the whole staff and the management team which obviously lacked some judgement and managing skills. Edit: I am still waiting for the bill at my seat. Food was really the miss here. Potatoes in my Saurkraut were raw. Waiter advised she knew they were going to be raw as the kitchen has been sending her raw potatoes for a while now. She couldnt do anything for me, and I fully respect and understand that. Maybe remove the item from the menu while you iron it out ? Maybe send it out of the kitchen with fries?

Burgers for the 3 other adults weren't finished for various reasons, all different.

Beer was excellent.

This is my favorite place in the world. I have many fond memories there. I am dissapointed with the recent quality of the food.

Should you go ? Yes! Kids eat free during weekends, go enjoy a beer with pretzels. Your kids will be served super fast and you will have some quiet time. Maybe just lower your expectations and order...

Went to the restaurant for a family celebration, we were 5 people. We have been waiting for 2 hours after ordering our food, with no sight of our food. During those 2 hours, we have asked the waitress 3 times where our order is and why other tables (table of 4, table of 2 and table of 8) who came after us got their food before us. On the 3rd time we have asked, the waitress then tells us that the food is starting to be prepped. 45 min later, the food is there, but we did not get our dishes as ordered. I read the other reviews and I am not the only one who has experienced this. This is really disappointing, for them to deliver this kind of service repetitively, it is not okay at all. It is sad because I really like 3 brasseurs, all the other locations are great, but this one, the one in Laval/Centropolis, not fine at all. Definitely do...
