I was treated horribly by the lady who hands out train tickets. I was asking a simple question since I am not used to taking the metro on my own and she was talking to me very rudely, as if I was an idiot. Mind you that I was smiling while asking my questions, I always treat staffs with respect, I know how customer service can be difficult sometimes and as a customer who isn't difficult to be dealt with, I am frustrated and shocked. The lady was plus sized, middle aged, wore a blue T-Shirt, had blue eyes and brown hair with a ponytail. I am someone with anxiety and stuffs like this happening is the reason why I am afraid to ask for help. I am not satisfied at all with how she talked to me and newcomers that aren't used to take the Metro should be welcomed to ask questions and not feel stupid. If you don't like your job and incapable of treating customers with respect, then change your job. Once again, I SHOULDN'T BE TREATED AS IF I WAS AN IDIOT BECAUSE I AM ASKING A SIMPLE QUESTION. I hope the STM will hear about this and have a discussion with this lady so that next time, I can be treated...

Read moreIt is one of the 2 Montreal Metro Orange line terminus station & the busiest station in Laval, despite there's only 3 so far in that city. Outside of the station there's institutional places like College Montmorency, along with the Laval Campuses of UQAM & UdeM universities from Montreal. There's some malls few blocks away and a sport stadium named Place Bell. It is served with many STL & EXO North Shore busses. There's elevators, stairs & escalators so it's accessible to everyone. The area has the potential to become a full fledged downtown since there's buildings in construction. Keep in mind that the fare is different from Montreal where most of the Metro Stations are because it's from a different public...
