Le service et la nourriture Ă©tait no.1 Nous devrons donc y retourner pour confirmer que ma premiĂšre expĂ©rience nâĂ©tait que mal chance (d'ecrite ici-bas das mon premier review) et que toutes les fois Ă venir seront comme cette derniĂšre visite de Samedi dernier. 13.11.18 Dear Owner, I invited two clients out for dinner last night and was extremely shy of the overall experience⊠First of all, I was going in circle to find parking. It was my first time, so I did not know where the parking was so I called the reception it was around 6:15pm. The girl who answered the phone in French was so rude that my guest in the car who doesnât even speak French was still able to perceive how much of a bad customer service she was giving. I asked; âDo you have valet parkingâ â No. So I asked âwhere can I parkedâ - If parking are full you should park at Indigo. âWhich parkingâ I had to ask her everything because she wasnât helpful at all⊠finally she told me about the indoor parking but with zero information; just â you will see it! It was already a bad start and then my other guest who was also looking for parking called me but when she got to the indoor parking lot she found out herself it was full, after visiting all 3 levels so I told her she should go to Indigo (like your employee had told me). When she finally parked a security, agent came to tell her she wasnât allowed to park there in a commerce. So she had to move her car, pay the metro indoor parking fee⊠Anyways, almost 1 hour later after going in circle we were finally all three at the door. The girl at the reception was extremely rude (maybe the same that had answered the phone an hour earlier!) No smile, no welcome, just pushing people around to bring us all the way to one side of the restaurant to a table of 2! I said: âsorry but I reserved for 3â she answers â Ah ben T@ba%rn#ac*k il mavait dit table 34! So sheâs turns around bring us to the opposite side of the restaurant with no apologizes, just dropped the menu and left. Didnât even say the waiter will be coming shortly or enjoy, nothing! It was a bad start and remember I am taking client out for dinner who flew from Europe, first experience in QC! I took the time to mention it in my reservation. After waiting 10 minute a waiter arrive and I had to ask him to order drinks; a bottle of wine! My guest then asked for water, he never brought it to her, I had to asked him after 30min⊠And it was like that for the rest of the dinner; we had to ask: to order appetizer, to order dinner, for another bottle, he didnât understand, brought the second bottle of wine when we were done with our meal, asked for coffee and dessert... but didnât have to ask for the bill! Overall extremely poor service, I still left 15% on a 300$ bill and gave 2 stars instead of one because the food was very good, and kitchen was fast (maybe too much!) meals were ready when we had just started the appetizer! I would like to give it a second try but service in a restaurant is very important sometimes even more important than the food⊠So unless this is significantly improved I am afraid I wonât be able to...

I feel like the restaurant is getting a bad rap from the previous reviewers and Iâd like to set the record straight because I feel like they are misrepresenting information simply because they are disgruntled customers with nothing better to do with their lives. I was part of the group that made reservations for 8 pm. We had initially made the reservations earlier but the restaurant told us we would have to leave after two hours. They told us if we wanted to stay longer, we should book for 8 pm and so thatâs what we did. When we got to the restaurant there was another group of women sitting at one of the tables we reserved. Some of us sat down at the available table and the rest of us were standing, chatting and looking at the menu. The group that was occupying our table was actually staring us down. They had already finished their meals and the waiter came to apologize that our table was not ready because those customers were refusing to leave. He said he offered to move them to another table but they refused. Apparently, he said the women threatened to write horrible reviews (and they made good on their promise) and even threatened to hit him! So we just stood there⊠waiting for them⊠and they just sat there, looking at us with a smug lookâŠ. To say that the restaurant discriminates against Ukrainians is a very dangerous thing. Typically, waiters do not ask people what nationality they are when they take their orders and serve their meals. Our waiter was friendly and tried to be helpful and diffuse the situation as best as he can. I believe the other ladies when they say they got their meal late and I sympathize with them. Service was slow for us as well. However, they are making statements that are untrue and hurtful to this business. The ambiance of this restaurant was fun and lively! Great music! The food was pretty good. The only thing I will say is if you want to have plenty of time to enjoy your meal and your friends, make a reservation for 8 pm so that you donât get asked to leave after the 2-hour...

So my girlfriend and I decided to go here on s Saturday night. She had gonna previously and complained about the service because she had to wait 1.5 hours for food. I had never been, so we decided to check it out.
It was busy as usual for a Saturday so when we sat down and they didn't even ask for our order, we had to flag down the waitress to order, I didn't mind it too much. But the worst part was that the music was EXTREMELY loud. If you want to sit down and have a conversation while you eat, you would not be able to do that here. We were literally sitting right beside each other, so much so that our elbows were hitting each other while trying to eat and we still could not hear each other.
I have to admit the food was decent. We got grilled octopus to start, which was ok.. There wasn't much flavor but it was decent. Then we got a pizza and lamb which was actually really good.
The worst part of the night that made me regret coming here was when we tried to pay and leave. We had to ask for the bill.. Waited 10 minutes and no bill. So asked again and it seems the waitress forgot because she asked if we wanted one bill like we hadn't said that earlier. So we waited. Half an hour. I could tell the poor waitress was overworked, she was running around everywhere and I couldn't even flag her down. We had to wait over half an hour to get the bill to pay.
This restaurant seems to have terrible management of their staff because although there were many, they seemed to be running around everywhere instead of focusing on customers in one area.
THEN believe it or not, after we paid, I generously left a tip for this service and the manager had the audacity to come to us and tell us our tip was too low and ask why didn't we tip more??? This is ridiculous! A tip is optional and the fact that we tipped at all after wasting over an hour and not even being able to talk while eating should have been more than satisfactory. This toxic tipping culture is unbelievable.
