Fletcher Park — Attraction in Maple Ridge

One of the better little parks in Maple Ridge. It was well maintained in our visit last weekend, with cut grass and a playground in good shape.

I believe the age range on the playground is 3-5, which is appropriate, but if I took my 2 year old and he enjoyed it as well (although I helped him with the larger metal slide).

The larger field was nice, and good to run around in with my kid, however there are a few holes that need to be filled for optimal safety.

Parking is minimal, as it is just street side on gravel, but it is a very quiet and not often busy enough that parking...

While the playground equipment could certainly used an update, it does have a good variety of options for young kids and those a little older. Some shaded seated/picnic areas would also be beneficial. The park is large enough for ball games on the open grass area. The bike path through the middle of the park may cause some concern for parents of young children if a bike were coming...

Nice clean park in a quiet neighborhood, large Grass area for playing. Two different size playgrounds attached with some monkey bars, allowing older and younger children to play.

The smaller park has an easier climbing structure for smaller kids to get up on.
