Lisa cosmetic pop up store is a scam they tried to scam me today and make me pay twice ; I placed two mid size orders online few days back and asked for delivery I paid with my bank Visa card and right away it was deducted same day I placed the order see exhibit 1 , today I got an email advising me that the payment was flagged via Shopify ( I paid by my bank card ! and they wanted more proof to send via email my id or utility bill! Never had to do that at any respectful perfume store ever ! they also offered to ship it to my home but I need to show proof of ID , another option they offered is to pick it up , so I called them and I offered to come and pick up my two orders since I lived 10 min away , I called to make sure this is not a hacker that could jeopardize my safety I was super nice over the phone and authentic and I think the women mistakenly assumed I am weak and naive ! but because it is a warehouse and to make sure this is not a hacker attempt to isolate me in an empty parking lot I asked my hubby to leave his work in Toronto and meet me at the facility! He did and we went in together ( sure the parking was empty only one car was there was a little weird ) the entire situation was freaky but I went in and the lady unlocked the place with a code she asked me for my id and I gave her my driver licence and the visa card that I physically used online and then another unprofessional lady who claimed she was the manager came and she requested a copy of my driver license which I politely and firmly declined since I am buying perfume not applying for a visa ! Or a job !She then gave me two choices which I found rude and disrespectful ! one to cancel my orders and refund my money which I will get in my bank in 3 days and second I should buy the two orders again today and pay with my bank card again before I even get my money back ! I couldnโt believe the scam she wanted to put me through to pay twice she didnโt trust me inspite of using my driver Lisence that I travel all across Canada airports with . All because I respectfully declined to leave a copy of my driver licence at a weird warehouse facility and no logical rational behind this ask since they already deducted the money from my checking account last week ( it is my right not to give copy of my driver liscense after they saw it and checked it ) the pretend manager , didnโt even offer me to see my items or orders but was intimidating me to pay twice ! Watch out people from buying online with Lisa I think they try to scam you ! The arrogance of their staff is going to make them lose great customers ; I think the mistrust and disrespect for our time and presence even after proving via id and credit card that I am indeed the person who made the order they continued to be arrogant and demanding I place another order with a condescending attitude ! The distrust and rude behaviour implied today is a mirror of their own dishonesty and spam ! It is not worth it !Not any sale or price for the way Lisa cosmetics treat their best customer : donโt buy from them you will be scammed out of your money ! I think their greed and arrogance will be the start to their downfall !

I visited Lisa's Cosmetics/Fragrances with a few of my friends to check out the collection of Fragrances and Cosmetics. We visited this place on Black Friday Weekend early morning between 9 to 10 am. We had to wait in line for like 10-15 minutes. From the line only we all could smell the scents and it was getting stronger as we were approaching closer to enter the hall. Pros: 1. A huge variety of perfumes/fragrances including Dior and Tom Ford except "Channel brand" and perfumes are almost 30-50% off from original price. They are best to buy for yourself or gift it to someone.๐ฐ๐ 2. You get to try/test pretty much all the fragrances using the tester bottles. The Dior and Tom Ford did not have testers available. They were kept in a locked "glass showcase" to show. So it is better if you already know what scent you particularly love, so it is easy for you to pick without wasting your time and money. ๐๐งด๐๐ซฐ๐ฒ 3. The security here is really tight which was good so you can be rest assure that people with intention to steal anything will not be successful.๐โโ๏ธ 4. Some Cosmetics like Nars foundation and lipsticks were on sale ๐ 5. Some of the kids fidget toys were for $2.99 6. The staff here was friendly and helpful 7. There were so many more things than just fragrances like Handbags, Sunglasses, Nail paints, moisturizers of Dove, Nivea and other brands, Hair Color, Bedsheets, Chocolates, Air Fresheners, Shape wear, Under garments and so much more ๐๐ ๐ซ 8. There are separate washrooms for men and woman ๐ป Cons: 1. It is very easy to get confused with what scent did you like or not, because there are literally over 200 different types of fragrances/perfumes available for you to try/test 2. You should not carry your own shopping bag because they feel you might steal something. I carried a shopping bag with me so that I don't have to pay for the bag and the security inside kept asking me put that bag away or fold the bag. I luckily could use my shopping bag and they allowed me to use my own bag after checking out my items without needing to buy any bag from them. So just be mindful if you are planning to carry your own shopping bag. 3. I didn't feel that there were things really at 80% off. Many times during Black Friday Costco also have perfumes on Sale for like $80 or $99 of brands like Versace, Gucci, Burberry and more... So I found that Versace Perfume was the same price like $80 and I got that price from Costco last year. 3. Some of the staff members did not know what perfume is the best one to pick if you are looking for suggestions. 4. This was in Markham and this location was quite far for me. 5. They don't accept America Express cards. They accept Cash, Debit Card & Credit card. 6. You might easily spend 2-4 hours exploring everything Overall this place is definitely worth visiting if you are a perfume person and it will save you money at the original price everywhere else will be really high.
