Horror Hallways — Attraction in Mississauga

HORIBBLE and WORST EXPERIENCE WASTAGE OF TIME and MONEY wasted three hours of my life for this 0 star Place. I wish i can give -100 stars on this review. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Beware of these scare actors who just yell, abuse, push and grabs you, they know nothing about acting. Not safe for children . This place is run by UNPROFESSIONALS . They say actors can touch you but you cant touch them and they just dont touch you they actually pushes you and grabs you in very DISRESPECTFUL manner . They need you to sign a waiver before payment this way they are thinking they can just grab and push you and can say that its written in the waiver.. They have written no flashlight so even if you are tripping on floor because its so dark in there and you can hurt yourself. Because there is no single light or signs of which tells you which way to go in a maze. DANGEROUS RAMPS to go up and down . They told us to follow the sounds , Most stupid maze you can experience. And when you turn on the light to see your steps so that you dont hit yourself somewhere, The scare actors become Bouncers and pushes you and grab you instead of saying it POLITELY that we cant continue with lights on. They shouldnt be called actors , they should switch their profession and become Bouncers . FRUSTRATED ACTORS.

Now the MANAGER who has zero professionalism , very egoisitic ,WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED . They have No refund policy for their bad customer service. I dont know how he is doing huis job as manager because he has zero knowledge about this so called horror industry . He claims this is terrifying attraction in his replies but i must say its TERRIBLE ATTRACTION.

Spend some more money if u can and go to reputed places . BEWARE They have fake...

AWFUL and TERRIBLE PLACE . Worst experience i had. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE . Horrible customer service they provide. They have the so called 2 wait rooms and they waste your 3-4 hours by just sitting there waiting for your turn.

They literally abuse their customers. We waited almost 3.5 hours and when we entered the Maze, it was extremely dark and we couldn’t see anything, we just had the torch light on to see so that we don’t trip or hurt ourselves. But There illiterate actors started yelling on us and they grabbed us so badly pushed us back through the door very aggressively. They ask everyone to sign the waiver so that they can abuse their customers. The Manager is so unprofessional and was literally yelling at us. He is worst and customer service they provide is terrible. Instead of apologizing he said you turn on the lights thats why actor pushed you and grab from the jacket . That’s why they have no refund policy because they abuse their customers and they know customer will ask for their refund. They send each group at a time so that they can abuse and not other groups can see. WORST MANAGER AND ACTORS. They shoud change their management. I will not recommend this place to anybody. Rather than going here, visit a reputed place with less wait time. They just waste your 3-4 hours and there is no fun inside. No lights inside the Maze....

EDIT: Although we did not get to experience this attraction and the employees weren't kind, Brian the owner went above and beyond with his customer service. So changed from a 1 star review to 3 star. In my honest opinion, the best way they could have made up for this mix up would to have been just to let us go at the scheduled time or even within a 30 minute wait opposed to the 2 hour wait.

After driving an hour to get here for an event with pre bought tickets and assigned a reservation for a large group we were told it would be a 2 + hour wait. They open at 6, and part of the party got there at 6:10 for a 6:30 reservation to hold the spot in line. They were told that you can't hold the spot without the entire group being there. The entire group was there just before 6:30. This was a huge disappointment and very disorganized, the staff was extremely rude about the whole situation.
