I tried to book last minute ice here with a few of my friends and the call got cut off we where at the rink already and a vary kind man named Joey helped us out but he couldn’t help us much so we called the booking centre and a rude disrespectful woman named Chanel answered she was vary rude and disrespectful to us she did not help us at all and was yelling at us on the other side of the phone she wanted us to pay an extra 100$ for ice because it was cutting into rush hour when the time originally booked was before rush hour and she said it got lost in the system Jess the manager was great too she attempted to help us out but Chanel did not help at all and at the end of the day we skated for 5 minutes got kicked of all thanks to are deer...

I went to the pro shop after a session to get some hard guards, and the man in the pro shop was super friendly and helpful, especially considering it was kind of busy in there. About two days later, when I was going to assemble them, I realized there were no springs to assemble them. I went back, and he was kind enough to replace them for free, and didn't seem annoyed or anything like that at all! I don't skate at this rink much, considering I live farther away, but it is an awesome place with nice customer...
