Meadowvale Theatre — Attraction in Mississauga

I’m agitated by the Meadowvale Theatre’s customer service.

I was purchasing tickets for an upcoming show and accidentally purchased two extra tickets (for the same performance on a different date). I emailed shortly after I made a mistake asking for credit as I would like to attend another show early next year. After emailing their customer service team and not hearing back for over a week and a half, the supervisor told me they could not issue a refund or even a credit. This is hugely upsetting.

I have been a fan of the Meadowvale Theatre for several years and I even donating the money paid for my ticket to help fund renovations during the COVID-19 pandemic when things initially shut down. I mentioned it to the supervisor, and she said there was nothing she could do. Customer service is unbeliveable.

This was an honest mistake, and the fact that they cannot even give me credit looks extremely poor on their end. I want to help and support local businesses but not if this is how they treat...

We attended The Beatlemania Revisited on February 17 2023 and it was awesome. The good thing is we live 1 kilometer from this theater so it is very convenient. We arrived at about 7-30 and parking was no problem. I am a professional musician and these 5 individuals performed all the Beatles songs flawlessly, each one was very talented and the keyboard player who was shrouded at the back on the right side of the stage, he filled in for all the instruments that were not visible on the stage but the sound of the violins, horns etc were all there. Bonus, we got to meet all the members of the band at the end of the show. In addition I was so impressed with the venue that I have already booked 2 tickets for May 13...

The "greeting" staff there are horrible!! They have no people skills and are quite rude!! I was there last night with a school who put on play and the staff there were unfriendly and rude to everyone who was there and mostly the ones with small children. I feel really bad for everyone there and the kids who were so excited to have their family there to see them perform. Most of the parents who had very small infants in car seats were not allowed in unless they bought a ticket for the INFANT! The show was sold out and the infants are not able to sit on seats, but the greeters were adamant that they were not allowed in. Absolutely horrible service.
