Ketchup and more sauce was added at home Guys this place is no where close to Great Britain, slough berkshire, London UK authentic Chaiiwala Seriously what a joke. I'm british born chef i cook all cousins italian pakistani hakka family restaurant central london from 1970s and indeed I disapprove of Scarborough and Mississauga locations.
I was expecting something reasonable its all BS marketing they should serve as they themselves would like to be serve. Frozen items brought from freshco/no frills where ever etc kabab factory seriously chicken only menu so SADLY. As immigrant working class Canadian say it, IT IS WHAT IT IS WE'RE LIMITED TO OPTIONS DON'T BE ACTIVIST STAY QUIET LIKE ALL. Have soul people stand up speak up again Justin Trudeau 80billion dollars of your tax given to Ukraine, plus full Canadian defense and taking additional $4.9billion your tax as now canada is left with nothing to defend itself lol your working to pay for Ukrainian immigrants now. Where was Canada for palestine or when they destroyed middle east millions of innocent kids and people died anyways no hate & I'm against all wars but canada was suppose to be like Switzerland this is not a war country why did Justin Trudeau interfere we all bleed same color. READ CAREFULLY HONEST REVIEW
Oh apologies there chai and food put me in deep thoughts of April 17th 1982 this all big Elliott idiot Trudeau been after Canada since then Charter Right ever growing tree like my grandfather said was the worse decision any PM took in history of Canada. Without Charter Rights today Canada would've been higher in status then United States.
(Chaiiwala) Shanna Paratha Roll with only some chopped onion on No frills KABOB Factory tiny chicken Kabob that to burned little mayo and chutney. Breakfast is a bigger surprise $1 Can beans cooked with only red chilli & coriander pwder can tomato pure Dal same taste same ingredients served with Tazza or Shaana $1.98 family pack Frozen paratha's wish they made lachha or tandoori paratha like in UK Omelette didn't even bother to try not worth a dime pense nickle. Perhaps they should consider used pasture raise eggs can't fool me, very cheap on quality. They profit 85%-90% for not long before they shut down. A good key to success is quality quantity and honesty examples: highly recommend (Rayhoon in burlington) (Sultan wings & Kabob shop multiple award winners ) Bottom line is hygiene cook at home save your money don't get fooled for frozen precooked paratha's and kabobs. It's only big hype for few month they'll lose business if they don't change there tactics. This honest review is my personal hypothesis and believe opinion Intention of this review is not to sabotage anyone's business or spread false knowledge or hurt cause harm to anyone . This review is on personal experience and believe you may skip the political review if you find it offensive wrote with no intention of offending...
Read moreNormally, I don't post negative reviews but I had to say something here as i was so disgusted by the portions and skimping/cheaping out. This place is a money grab. Just a tad more quantity in your food and you may have kept me as a customer.
I usually take pics of food and post on my Instagram but this food looked so embarrassing and sad to even click a pic. Shrinkflation has hit these guys. Their portions are so cheap and they take so long to heat up precooked food. We were waiting from 12 to 12.45pm - waited 45 mins for 2 dishes and 2 drinks.
The veg kabab roll was so small it was so sad and pathetic looking and they were so cheap with the sauce and onion. Didnt fit the description in the menu. Not worth even 5 bucks and they charge 7.
The pav bhaji was average and they skimped out so much on the bhaji portion. There was half a cup of it. Worst food experience in Mississauga and i have lived here my entire life. Mississauga has such great drink/food options, so you can skip this one.
Waste of money. Sad because I was excited to bring my dad here. Only the classic chai is good, but not worth a trip there for just that. Save your money. Drinks are okay, rest is honestly garbage. London, UK locations are so much better, quality is lost overseas.
To the owners - as an international brand, coming from a marketing manager myself, your goal should not be making money and skimping out on portions, but rather it should be building a brand and good name internationally. If you want repeat customers you need to ensure their experiences are upto par with your standards you claim to have internationally. I know many people personally who didn't go back to chaiiwala because of their...
Read morePlease disregard the single star as this should be a big fat 0 rating! We went in on Sat. as this is A new offering 2 km’s away from our home and I thought we would do a take-out (as a first try) on a drive to Buffalo! “BIGGEST MISTAKE-EVER! “The 3 wraps that we ordered (2 chicken kebabs and 1 chicken tikka) were stale to the point that broke into many pieces on a single bite. ( probably2 -3 day old wrap and plastic like kebab that was reheated in a microwave) . We also ordered 3 tea’s which were disgusting to the taste. I am not from India (so not akin to the flavouring ) however I am very widely travelled and this appears as thought there was billed condensed milk which was “YUCK” so this upset me more than it should . The 3 wraps and teas totalled $48 -which would not be any trouble if they were edible, however based on the fact that they were stale, hard and cold and the teas as mentioned that were disgustingly l, unpalatable means it’s scamming venture that it’s wrong to dupe the untraveled, not well versed new comers to Canada . As high income professionals I wanted to give them the benefit of the the doubt as support local however having lived in Canada for 22 years and travelling to many, many first would countries I safely say I will never revisit this place or any of their franchises again based on the deceptive pricing for stale trash worthy food . Sorry- i’d rather drive 25km to Oakville and enjoy fresh, quality food options and ambiance than endure highway robbery catering to the undiscerning...
