Lake Aquitaine — Attraction in Mississauga

The lake though not big or clear water, the trail around it was awesome considering it to be within the crowded community.

From outside, one wouldn't be able to guess that there could be such a green space.

The trail around the lake is nicely designed with exercise kiosks, splash pad and parkette for kids and picnic spots.

Whether it's a picnic with friends & family or a stroll with family or a jog for fitness, it does refresh your...

First time at Lake Aquitiane Park. So far my family and I love it. First day of summer and we ended up at the green park, which I'm happy to announce that it's a WOODCHIP park and not sand!!! Big +++ for me.

There are exercise station location around the park, we have only gotten to one, tried it out, it was fun and a good work out.

We will walk further next time we're here, can't wait to find the second park...

Hi if you go to fishing with your kid(s), just use very small hooks with worms, corns or Wonder bread, or sausage, for sure you can get something exciting enough. Do not use the big hooks and plastic lures in the combo tackle boxes. (I lived here years ago and I miss the smiling kid faces on the fishing dock! I hope I come back to fish again...
