We put in our Kayak just across the road from the park and paddled out. It's a beautiful stretch to paddle and took about 40 minutes there and back. It's an easy paddle past a few little waterfalls, and we turned around at the rapids. Gemill park itself is beautiful. Read moreThere is a relatively new power generation building here which is at the base of the falls, but, they have taken the time to design it so that you can walk up to it and get some great views of the falls from either side of the building.
