The Barbie Expo in Montreal is nothing short of a magical destination! Whether you're a fan of fashion, history, or simply enjoy unique exhibitions, this expo will take your breath away. The moment you step into the space, you're greeted by an overwhelming sense of nostalgia and admiration for an iconic cultural figure. The collection is nothing less than spectacular, showcasing hundreds of beautifully dressed Barbies from different eras, countries, and even famous designers.

Each display is carefully curated with precision, elegance, and creativity, making it a visual feast for all ages. From glamorous red carpet gowns to chic everyday outfits, you get to experience fashion trends throughout the decades as seen through the eyes of Barbie. The attention to detail is remarkable, and the dedication to the art of fashion and style is evident in every corner.

One of the best things about the Barbie Expo is that it’s free of charge! It's not often that you can access such a high-quality exhibition without a price tag, making this spot a true gem in Montreal. Plus, it's in a fantastic downtown location, making it easy to add to your itinerary for a day of sightseeing and exploration.

For anyone visiting Montreal, the Barbie Expo should definitely be on your list. Whether you go with friends, family, or even solo, you'll leave with an overwhelming appreciation for this wonderful exhibit. We discovered the Barbie Exposition at “Les Cours Mont-Royal” in the heart of Montreal. You can Google Map it and you'll find an entrance on Peel street. The exposition is FREE of charge, so a good idea if you want to bring kids - just stay away from the shopping centre afterwards.

The setup is really chic and gorgeously decorated with a variety of Barbie dresses. There were more than 1000 Barbies showcased with amazing dresses. Some done by famous fashion designers in a bunch of attires including party, sport, formal and wedding dresses. Some of them went as far as representing different world cultures and a fun and classic collection from famous fairy tales like the “Little Red Riding” or TV serie “I Dream of Jeannie”!

The exposition is easily accessible by metro, stoping at the Peel metro station, and take exit ''Les Cours Mont-Royal'' Alternatively, there is an underground parking and of course street parking (free on Sundays until 1pm). The expo is inside the shopping mall, so if going with friends or family, you can also get lunch or dinner after your visit.

Our Ratings Serge: 4 Eli: 5

Recommended: Yes, it’s a magic place for girls and Barbies and Fashion lovers.

Tips: Getting the Metro is a good option to avoid traffic and it’s just right on Peel station exit to “Les Cours Mont-Royal” Although there is street and underground parking, it's often a challenge finding a parking space downtown. Check their website for opening hours...
