Disappointing Experience.

I visited Kidzilla Fun for the first time yesterday, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. Despite its initial appealing appearance, I was disappointed to find the facility dirty and poorly maintained. The staff seemed inattentive and unresponsive, with the receptionist absent from her post for an extended period, socializing with the cafeteria staff instead.

When I tried to report a vomiting incident in the baby area, I couldn't find the receptionist anywhere until I was about to leave. The facility's first impression is nice, but it reeks of sweat, and the air fresheners weren't enough to mask the odor. The area around the slide exit was particularly dirty, with items that didn't belong there.

I strongly advise the staff to make regular rounds to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility. While I understand that keeping the place tidy might be challenging, given its purpose, cleanliness and removing items that don't belong in certain areas should be prioritized.

Additionally, the games were extremely dark and dirty. From the moment I arrived (around 2:30 pm) until I left (around 6:00 pm), there were mysterious stains on some cushions and crumbs on the floor that remained unattended.

Furthermore, I suggest paying closer attention to the ball pit area, as some adults were encouraging their children to stay at the bottom of the slide, despite other kids waiting to use it. This behavior can lead to confrontations between parents, as people often fail to understand polite requests to move.

It would be great if you could provide a water refill station, as it's unreasonable to force customers to buy water. I don't think this would bankrupt the business, and it would be a thoughtful gesture for parents and kids.

Also, improving the lighting in the game areas would be beneficial. The games were extremely dark, which made it difficult for kids to play safely.

I hope you take my feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to enhance the overall experience for your customers. It's unfortunate that I won't be returning, but I hope that future customers will have a better experience.

Some suggestions for improvement:

Regular cleaning and maintenance of the play areas Better supervision of the ball pit and slide areas Providing free water refill stations for customers Improving lighting in the play...

PLEASE PLEASE READ!!! Second or third time I took my daughters here. First time was close to when they first opened and it seemed ok. The second I noticed a few things but as my kids had fun I brushed it off. Today was the third time and let me tell you the last. A sides from the staff being completely lost in the so called "healthy" kitchen, disorganized is putting it lightly. To add to the frustration the food is way overpriced and long to receive. That was the least of my worries as what really bothered me was that the trampoline had a 12 inch tear in it right in the dead center and directly below was two steel beams crossing each other. I noticed it because my eldest daughter was within inches from falling through. There were a lot of kids jumping on it when I first came in and when I told the Asian woman(I believe the owner) about it she replied " It wasn't that bad in the morning." I replied "That she would get sued for a safety issue of that magnitude not to mention the possible disaster and injury it will cause. She replied "you're right but you know it costs a lot of money to repair." REALLY!!! An answer that validates that the owner is more interested in the almighty $$ as opposed to running a safe business for all of our Kids. She finally closed it off and thanked me but with her answer that validated the fact that she let it go since they opened that morning. WOW!!! If you are going to go there please be extra vigilant with your kids because maintenance does not seem to be anywhere on their list of priorities. For myself I will definitely not return there with my kids...

Cute place but small. Staff seems really confused and slow to answer any question. When we asked the girl at the front cash where we should take our 2 year old to play inside she seemed severely confused by the simple question. The main reason for the 1 star is the cafe. Menu does not even match what is advertised online. Food is really subpar no effort what so ever. Extremely stale and old tasting food. When upon ordering another girl at the cash seemed just as confused and didn’t seem to know what came in a food combo. Had to return food because it was completely inedible. Manager seemed quite scowly and unapologetic. Not until 10 minutes later did she appear where I was sitting with an apology and finally a smile. We had went in the hopes for booking it for my daughter birthday but I would not recommend this place. Seems disorganized with bad food dirty bathrooms and extremely over packed where it is no longer enjoyable. Someone had complained about too many rules in a previous review but I frankly see none. The one area my 2 year old could play comfortably was over run by older kids that seem to have no supervision who were whipping balls at the...

Wow, this place was like a Magical Land that my Toddler 3 loved to much and we spend hours there, She didn’t want to leave! She played and was so delighted because there’s all kinds of things to do and see! Thematic Stations with Big Teddy Bears, Flowers and Cherry Blossom trees. The place is enchanting for a little one and special for a parent to take some beautiful pictures of your little one. There’ are 2 sides of jungle gym, a wall climbing, sponge cubes, slides, cool looking pod swings, ball pit, Jumbo Montessori s Grimms style Rainbow and blocks with a ball pit. (In pastel room) They even have a Lego area with a tower children can play with them little things and we parents won’t be subjected to accidentally step on one, cause its well contained. So, how we visited this place because there’s limited capacity, we made a reservation on their website and away we went! For me as an adult I think this place is really awesome because you can buy a nice smoothie and some food and snacks for your child or bring your own. The cafe part is a nice because you can see your child playing all around you. What a delightful place we will be going back for sure!

Went for play today and really enjoyed this wonderful indoor playground. An enjoyable experience for adults alike. Reasonably priced. The decor is exceptionally beautiful! The playing areas are very clean and well lit. Favourite was the ball pit with the wide slide. The cafe has excellent smoothies and coffee, especially enjoyed the mango pineapple peach smoothie and rose latte. The barista was very accommodating and sweet. The owner was very friendly and welcomed us nicely. Given our son is very particular about his drinks and because we eat halal, they were very accommodating and allowed us to bring something for him. The bathroom is very well kept and clean. Only recommendation would be to pad the big structure area (with the blue and green slides).
