Pizzeria Redipizza — Restaurant in Montreal

Tldr: Hidden gem.

Quality food. Their dough is light and airy, not flakey, it's delicious and feels homemade. Its truly a gourmet pizza. Their toppings are interesting and fresh, but most importantly feel authentic. The only thing that looked funny to me was the dessert pizzas but I have no doubt that they can taste great.

Great value. One slice is the size of two normal ones for only 4$ it's a steal.

Great service. We had a dog in the car so we were going to eat in it and they offered us water to take with us. When I came back to throw away the empty boxes the owner came up to me asking if their was any issue with the food. To me this shows that the owner is humble and open to criticism. All around class act and with good food to back it up. A few of their pizzas had run out so there wasn't too much choice, but that's to be expected when food is that good.

We are from Ottawa and we make a point of stopping by to have this pizza. The dough is incredible, and the owner uses these special pans that have this pizza crust so crisp, yet the inside is fluffy and light. The toppings are carefully selected and so incredible. Pricing is great as well, you can take the whole family and leave with very full bellies! Most importantly the owner and staff are attentive and so so friendly and accommodating! Thank you...

Ordered take out and re-heated the four large pieces at home in the oven (and the next day on the cast iron pan). Omg this is the best pizza in Montreal that I've had by far. It was so good I had to write a review. I just wanted to keep eating it. The sourdough crust was chewy and crunchy and the toppings were perfectly portioned. Also bought their in-house chili oil which was a must if you like spicy. Can't wait to return....
