Riccia Caffè and Bistro — Restaurant in Montreal

Sandwiches are great. The review is based on service. Called to make an oder 30 minutes in advance only to get there and it wasn't ready. A dude literally asked to see my phone log to prove when I called, which I found utterly rude and ridiculous. Another guy was really nice about it, even offered my order free of charge. The first guy didn't even bother apologizing for the mixup. I paid in full despite the free order offer because I believe businesses have taken a hit already due to the pandemic. No 2 for 1, no discount, no apology... I would have still paid...

Food is delicious and well priced 2nd time I come to restaurant Latte is arguably one of the best on the island. It’s not trying to be anything but a good classic latte. Panini and Pizza are great and the fries are well seasoned and crispy. Staff very friendly and offer great service. Washrooms are clean and the place looks brand new.

One half is a Bistro the other half is a Bar. A couple of big TV’s for you to catch the game. Great place to come with a few friends to get a couple drinks with some good food and at a good price....

The pizza was not what I was expecting. It did not seem like authentic Italian pizza to me. Too greasy, too much cheese, almost like pizza pizza quality or fast food level. It tasted ok, but it just wasn't for me. This may be what some people are looking for. The dough wasn't really that impressive to me either. For 40$ 2 pizzas it just didn't seem worth it.
