Bergham - Lasalle — Restaurant in Montreal

Went there for the first time on Thursday night. Not a single table was clean and all the garbages were overflowing. We ordered a combo plus there Mexican poutine n a Philly cheese steak sandwich which totaled 60$. I know everyone is having staffing issues but I saw a total of 3 employees on the floor for a Thursday night. Food came cold totally felt sick after eating it as we sat down at the least dirty table we could find. I saw the hiring sign to be honest if I was looking for a job and walked in to apply I would of walked right back out. Not to mention they have a bell at the counter that you ring because no one is ever there to greet you. Would not return. Went there with my brother, first time trying it, we weren't disappointed, quality of the food was great, the burger was fantastic, fries were awesome, the place was bright, clean, service was good. The only "criticism" I have, was that unfortunately their order system wasn't working right, and it caused an issue where the POS system wasn't sending orders to the kitchen, which did cause a bit of a lengthy delay (We ordered our food at 1:10PM and received it at 1:47) I won't let it effect my review at the moment as I can understand that issues happen, on the whole, I would gladly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
