The website isn't super clear about the fact that everything is pretty well closed. Showed up was told by someone who works there to walk around the building the wrong way. Then was told by someone else that basically everything was closed then arrive at the one thing open wait in like for 30 min in the sun to find out that you pay extra for the night show (we arrive at 12 ) we aren't planning on staying for the night show, but have to pay for it anyway. Left because who wants to pay extra for something they aren't going to. Pay $20 for parking ... Didn't do anything there. If this had been better advertised this might not have happened. Read moreMontreal espace pour la vie (Space for Life) is a trio consisting of the Montreal Botanical Garden, the Insectarium and the BioDome. I have visited all the three and they are amazing. I am not fond of seeing the insects, so I could have skipped that but the Botanical garden and the Biodome are just awesome. Biodome is a unique experience in which one can see all different climates, the Tundra, the Tropical, the Rainforest and animals living in these climates. It's enjoyable for all ages. The garden is huge and very beautiful too. Great work by the Space for Life creators...
Read moreCan’t even think of the right words to describe how beautiful my experience was here! My boyfriend and I came here on a whim, as I always enjoy checking out nurseries and plant shops when traveling. SO happy we came in! Only a portion of the museum was closed off due to weather/temperature, but we were still able to go in most of the greenhouses. Pictures do not even do this place justice. You can see the care and knowledge that goes in to each of these greenhouses and all of the plants in them. I will definitely be visiting again next time I...
