We were attending an event at Montréal Olympic Park and realized there weren’t many great choices for a meal at a sit down restaurant in the area. That’s when we discovered the restaurant at the Botanic Garden. The prices were reasonable and the beautiful environment you dine in is terrific. The staff were friendly and spoke both French and English. The food was vegetarian only but it had creative sandwiches, soups, and unique salads. The sandwiches vary with seasons (we had egg salad and cheese, both great) but if the Greek Salad is available then it is highly recommended. The portions were more than adequate. We were able to getter a wonderful bottle of wine with the meal as well (draft beer available too). We ended with the chocolate cookie. Highly recommended. We hope to include it in one of our YouTube videos sometime.

The menu featured a variety of delicious and healthy options, making it a standout choice for those seeking nutritious meals. One of the highlights was their grilled cheese sandwich, which was perfectly toasted and oozing with melted cheese. It was a comforting and satisfying choice, without being overly greasy or heavy. The grilled cheese sandwich, sweet potato wrap, and egg sandwich on a sesame bun were all delicious and met my expectations for healthy and flavorful options. If you're in search of a place whilst visiting Botanical Garden that offers tasty food without compromising on health, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.

Removing one star for price. Removing a second star for the portions. +3$ for a green salad that is a few leafs of lettuce on the side of your plate is dissapointing. The picture of the grilled cheese is what you can expect if you ask for a green salad. Also, the grilled cheese is a bit skinny in my opinion. Overall expensive, cost us 15$ a person. Other than the price and the portions, the ingredients are tasty and fresh. Was also an opportunity to try something new (poutine with salad inside and IPA sauce). Food is on the healthy side and workers are nice and helpful.

A tasty, casual spot for a break. The carrot soup was so good on the cold wet day I visited. The tea selection did not have enough herbal choices. I'm attaching a photo for you to check if they have yours. When you visit be sure to enjoy the Robert Lapalme murals on either end of the space. They alone are worth the visit. Environmentally they are doing well, serving with real plates and cutlery. They also offer a full garbage sorting area to ensure as little goes to the garbage dump as possible.

Love how the menu is only vegetarian. Got the meal of the day with soup sweet potato, pumpkin Chipotle soup and lentils sandwich with kale salad. Would like soup to be hotter, since they serve you then you have to wait like 5 minutes to pay. 😞 but good fresh food, and loving the discount for membership holders. Been coming her 3x/ month. The line up can get long when they only have one side of the kitchen open. But overall fresh ingredients that doesn't disappoint.

Awesome healthy options with many vegetarian choices (more than the meat options!) (...which I just realized was fitting given the location as I'm writing this...blame the hunger I just started eating) Quebec wines (which I didn't know was a thing) (and they're pretty good!) And nice strong coffee! Setting off course couldn't be any more beautiful and the prices are not a rip off like most attraction cafes. A pleasant surprise & really nice lunch break!
