I ordered a 3 tier cake, off the website. Called to confirm, I was told the baker would call me, when she got in a couple of hours,. NEVER CALLED. I waited a few days, never heard back. Called them again and was told. No problem it would be done and delivered on the day, at 3 pm. Had my son , out waiting for his surprise, with his cousins and friends, NO DELIVERY , Called them again. I was told the baker made a mistake and thought it was for the next day. I mean really the wrong date. Baker was just going to decorate, it would take 2 hours and she would deliver. Two hours go by, my son and his friends are waiting for the surprise. NO SHOW again, no call. Almost 3 hours later. An email, saying the cake fell apart. They would make a new one for what would be today.**for a birthday that was a week ago. But i have not heard a word back from them I never head back about the cake i paid for, why would i believe a free one would appear. . Beware, if you need a special cake, this is not the place to order it. No customer service, no professional ethics for a business. Leaving a 26 year old Autistic guy waiting, twice for his cake, Once at 3 pm and again at 6 30 pm for a cake that never arrived. NO cake no call. Clearly owners and staff are Uncompassionate about the needs of their customers. Safeway is a far better place then here. You have...

I'm giving 2 stars because I went in the other day to do some school stuff and order some food and coffee because I like that aspect of the place. What I didnt like was how the girl on the other end of the phone reacted when I called her regarding something I believe I lost there in either the cafe or the paid parking area. I asked if my thing was in the building she said no. Then I asked if it was outside, she said she doesnt know because no one went and looked. I said would someone be able to quickly see, she said no. Her excuse was it's to cold outside and she didnt want to send anyone out in the cold for all of maybe 30 seconds to go look and see if the thing I lost happened to be on the ground. I had to call because they don't reply to their emails and they do not reply to their messages through google. All I wanted was for someone to very quickly go outside and check if my thing was on the ground. The girl didnt even want try and help me. I live 2.5hrs from moosejaw and cant exactly go and try to find it myself so I wouldve appreciated if someone at least tried and was a bit nicer when someone calls them. (Made the call today around 10:15 am so whoever picked up...

I have some very mixed feelings about this place. I love that they cook and prep all their own food in a small kitchen slightly visible from the seating area, showing the love and passion they put into the food. I also love that they have a little section of books and games to borrow while you enjoy your lunch or drinks. I did however find the prices extremely steep for what was provided. I found a very sharp, over an inch long chicken bone in my sandwich that stabbed me in the mouth while I was eating. I was taking rather big bites as I was hungry when I arrived but this could have ended very badly had I not noticed. When I tried to politely mention it to the staff ( not wanting to cause a scene, I kinda whispered it to them at the counter) they seemed to not care at all😡 for this reason alone I will NOT be back. I understand accidents happen but accountability is important especially in customer service. They didn't want to address the issue at all or even give a simple apology. The rest of my meal was ruined and it will be a while before I have a chicken sandwich anywhere...

With so many trying to be the next starbucks it is so nice to find a real feel cafe. This cafe needs to be protected and loved for what it is. Fresh roasted coffee, small batch blends, real cups of your favorite coffees, beautiful latte art, almost as beautiful as the smiles on the barista's faces. The prices represent how much work goes into this quality authentic coffee experience. I am in the average middle class. Paycheck to paycheck type. If I can see the value, I'm sure others can too. It was wonderful! Excellent, quiet, pleasant waist of time. They don't have their own parking lot but they are situated with plenty of parking surrounding the cafe.

Whenever I train in Moose Jaw, Evolve is my first stop for a latte and a treat. Their lattes are always smooth and perfect, and the haystacks are hands-down my favourite in all of Canada! On my last visit I discovered they make cakes too and wow, the wedding cake I tried was the best cake I have ever tasted. The service is always friendly and quick. Sunlight pours in and makes it such a beautiful spot to relax, sip coffee, and soak it all in. I love it every single time I go and can’t wait to get back next time!!

Stopped here for lunch during a visit to Moose Jaw. My children liked their banana waffles with Nutella, while I enjoyed my cheese panini. As for the decor, it was cool that they had a library that patrons could use. While we could not stay in town past 5 pm, I also noticed that there was a musical show planned for the evening.
