Houston Pizza — Restaurant in Moose Jaw

We were in your Restaurant on Sunday May 26th for supper, there was five in our party.We had just stopped in on our way back to Regina as we had been in Alberta for the weekend. Our waitress was one of the worst I have ever seen, she was very UNPLEASANT!!! We ordered decaf coffee and she said she would have to make a pot and that was fine with us until she came and gave it to us, When she walked by we had to call her over and we told her that the coffee was not hot she argued with us and sat the pot on her hand and said, WELL IT FEELS HOT TO ME!! and then snipped back and told us it would be a bit but she would make a different pot, then our food came and my husbands liver was Horrible and my brother in laws Prime rib was so fatty he didn't even eat half of it,My sister in law and mother in law shared a pizza and a good thing they got a bigger one as my brother in law had to have some as he was still hungry after having such a terrible prime rib dinner,I ordered a quasadillia and i ordered two salsa and NO SOUR CREAM, I got TWO SOUR CREAM and NO SALSA !! our waitress never came to the table to see if we wanted refills or anything we had to keep hunting her down. Once we had complained about the coffee we didn't see her again she never brought us our bill or anything we had to go to the front counter and ask for it!! To sum up or visit, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

We are owners of companies in Regina and one in Moose Jaw not that matters but word of mouth travels very fast and we will not recommend Houston's pizza to anyone we know. I don't know what our waitresses name was, but she was wearing all black and her hair was Short Black and very flat...

Wish there was a zero star option. Myself and 3 friends went here for supper for my bachelorette. After the wrong drink specials were told to us, the drinks took about 20 mins getting to us. This was only the beginning. Next were the wrong salads. Then 2 of the dishes were completely wrong and missing topings. When showed this, the waitress told us point blank we were wrong and our orders were correct. The other 2 dishes had mistakes and many missing items. The after a lengthy wait, the missing toppings came for a build your own very cold quesadilla style meal. We had to look up the meals we had ordered on the online menu and tried again to convince the waitress they were incorrect. She eventually checked with the kitchen and had them make the correct ones. By this time half the table had eaten and the last half was still waiting for food. When it did arrive it was barely edible. Honestly there were many other mistakes but this is becoming redundant. You get the point. We were avoided by the waitress for the remainder of our meal. When it came time for bills we were handed bills that were full price. We asked to speak with a manager due to our experience being so bad. The waitress told us she would take the price of a couple items off our bills but the rest of the incorrect and inedible food would be full price. We were told the manager was too busy and would not be speaking to us. We attempted to speak to a few other staff about the problem but were met with no solutions and were forced to pay full price for terrible food and the worst service I have ever encountered at a restaurant. Server was also hosting, seemed uninterested and annoyed in diners showing up for dinner. Had to ask for a drink menu 15 minutes after being seated. Server didn't have any idea of the menu. They served our 1 year old a broiled lasagna plate. red flags: vegetables were superstore mixed pack blanched from frozen, served somehow hot and cold haha also veal cutlet was a hamburger patty (? Could have been any protein for all I know?) Chicken Parm wasn't breaded and tasted like burnt overused dirty flash pan. It's Boston pizza but they care less than that. Owner tried to make me pay for a plate I didn't eat (chicken Parm) I will advise family and friends to not support this business in these trying times. There was nothing wrong with any of the pasta dishes, but considering the price per entre plate I would expect and appreciate a higher attention to detail as they fell short on everything else. Can't comment about the pizza. The blonde server was especially bad, as she messed up half of the tables entres and handled it poorly by snickering at our issues and telling mgmt she was bullied.
