FlyO‘Land Nanaimo — Attraction in Nanaimo

Celebrated a 9th birthday at FlyOLand and had a wonderful time. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and above and beyond service provided to make the birthday stress free and very enjoyable.

Decorations were superb and the variety of things to do, from playground, to VR games, token games, and the animal rides around the mall (extra cost but great to have available), made it a really fun party with one stop shopping to bring it all together. Food and cake included really meant the party was a walk in and enjoy. Honestly the party room set up exceeded my expectations and the staff were so lovely!

I am so glad to have this option available for birthday parties at FlyOLand and would definitely recommend having them host your child’s birthday.

Used to be able to exchange the prizes you won with prizes from the same machine, spent $20 winning prizes I didn't want expecting to be able to exchange them then was told I wasn't allowed to exchange them, would have been nice to know I wouldn't have wasted my money. also was charged $21 dollars and it doesn't seem like taxes even though the price said $20, machines are nice but prizes are pretty bad, most are cheap plushies or Keychain that probably aren't even licensed that are all the same in every machine basically, all the Keychain I won where dirty and had gross bluish green smears on all of them and one is actually crumbling, and the one plush I won had plastic strands coming out from the seam. Do not waste your money at least on the claw machines. Better use of your money throwing...

Thank you Flyoland! We all had a blessed time today! Thank you for all the staffs that worked super hard to make this party so wonderfully. Our little birthday day girl can’t stop telling us how happy she was. And all her friends enjoyed the great time as well. We already planning to return next year! They provide plenty of food including fresh vegetables and fruit. Enough pizza for everyone including accompanied adults. All we have to do is bring the cake. Staff called a few days before arrival to confirm everything. The room is all setup and decorated according to our Pokemon theme. Long story short! This is a fantastic party place for all!
