Gros Morne Wildlife Museum — Attraction in Newfoundland and Labrador

I enjoyed this. Its really all about seeing the work of a good taxidermist on a wide variety of animals and birds arranged in very nice little tableaux with suitable backgrounds. If you have seen much better examples in national museums then maybe you want to give it a miss but I'd be surprised if anyone interested in wildlife (and OK with taxidermy that according to the information provided did not include any deliberate killing of animals but rather road kills and other accidental occurrences) wouldn't enjoy this. Worth the price of admission...

The people who put this together were spot on for details! The displays were incredible - even down to goose & rabbit poop - but very informative! The taxidermy was very well done. And to the family that created this, thank you for your contribution to teaching us about the local wildlife....
