First time here, only used the workout gym section and it was decently equipped with most essential equipment required for a full workout including dumbbell rack with 2 sets of each weight increment, bench press, squat rack, cable machines, etc. I went early at 7:30 am so there was zero wait time for the equipment I needed and it appeared like everything else would of had no wait time either. Very clean and has spray bottles/paper towels everywhere to wipe down equipment(Was strange to see as nearly all gyms use wet wipes of some sort). There was an ice rink, basketball court in same building as well. Staff who helped me complete signup and got me my scan cards was informative and nice! Conveniently located off the 404 for easy access!! Highly recommend. P.s this isn’t GoodLife or Planet Fitness so it’s not 24 hr gym(In case that’s what readers were...

I've driven past this building multiple times and never knew what was inside. Well I finally visited & it is a community/recreation center! It is a nice building with many amenities that are open to the public whether one resides in the area or not. There is a monthly fee that allows use of all the amenities (swimming, ice skating, fitness, indoor track & group programs) for an entire family, as well as drop-in fees for a specific activity. If you do not reside in the area, there is a surcharge. I grew up frequenting a rec center & participating in activities so I think this is great for every child, adult & senior who wants to stay active & engaged especially during winter. It's been many moons since I ice skated so this would be a great space to try my feet on...

Called twice to make sure I was in compliance with the requirements for the adult and child stick and puck. The lady on the phone then tells me all the information regarding the equipment needed. We show up and then tells me after we went to the store to purchase all the stuff $200. later. That they are sold out. Unbelievable they couldnt mention on the phone the other part of the information about the time they sell the tickets and that it can sell out? My 12 year was so disappointed. Why cant people communicated all the information. If you dont know then dont answer the phone. It is customer...

is a well-maintained sports complex with excellent facilities . It's clean, community-focused, and offers a range of activities for all ages. It is a great place for both recreation and fitness . The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The center also hosts a variety of programs and classes, catering to different skill levels and interests, which makes it a hub for local community activities.

I can see the signs of "no outdoor shoes" are added however, people did not pay attention to the signs! Still many people are inside the swiming area with outdoor shoes. Imagin you kids may drink pools water during swiming while your shoes dirt is in there ! Is that healthy ? Do you want to swim to get sick or healthy ? Please appoint a person to guide out any one who is wearing outdoor shoes inside the swiming area !

The ice is alright, the acoustics and sound system is decent, the building itself has a fairly modern appearance and theres a Timothy's on site with plenty of parking. The stairs are a bit of a pain in the neck. This is a 3 star rink that puts in a 5 star effort and lands somewhere in the middle.
