Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Newmarket

I have to rate two stars due to the fact that there were definitely situations where I was content with my delivery. There was one scandal I’ve been met with though. I delivered a pizza to my location as I have done many times before, but it took longer than an hour for my pizza to arrive. Referring to your online site, 40 minutes or it’s free. But I have never bothered with that, even if my delivery time was over the time threshold, I still payed for my pizza full price, no questions asked. This situation was different though, the delivery took so long it was bothering me. I called customer service regarding my issue, but they wasted so much of my time it was ridiculous and they told me to ring them on 3 separate occasions until I received finally received my food. As it couldn’t have gotten any worse, they told me I have ignored the various attempts of contact to my cell but I have never received anything. I checked emails, recent phone calls, messages, but I received nothing. What a load of bs, pinning me as the victim. Nevertheless, I still payed for the pizza in respect for the driver. I gave such a low score because we're always getting handled wrong with our services, what we order and what we find in our pizza. My son ordered online pizza and wings for $20 and he ordered extra toppings. It was a two topping eight wings large pizza and he ordered extra toppings which made it come to $32 with tax and delivery and when it got here my son didn't look at the pizza before he paid which you should always look at it before you give away your hard-earned money, so after A delivery driver left. He opened his box and so surprised that he got a cheese pizza. Now when we phoned to complain I got no apologies. No wanting to make it better and this is not the first time that we had an incident with this location and with pizza pizza period. So always look at your pizza when you're eating it so you're not biting into something that shouldn't be there. Spring 2024: Cheese pizza (5/5) has great dough, great flavour, and is top quality. Same super friendly smiley server there who just puts a smile on my face with his positive vibe! :) Place is clean and they have some seats which are spacious enough if you want to eat there.

2018: 3/5 overall Fast service (compared to other pizza pizzas) but their panzerotti's (3/5) are just okay. Though they are cooked well, they rip you off with the lack of cheese in them IMO. Pizza's (4/5) are cooked well and to order, though usually I just get a cheese pizza during a stopover so unsure about toppings.
