Spring 2024 update: 2.5/5 The place is in a good location when going from 404 to 400 though the speed bumps in the parking lot SUCK! The food here is average to poor with them overcooking hashbrowns, and under toasting bagels. If you are looking for good quality do NOT go here...if you need fast service, a fast drive thru, do not mind your suspension doing a new tik tok dance over the speedbumps, and your taste buds are hibernating than this is your place...
October 2020 update: so saw the new ads for Tims Craveables Sandwiches, figured what the hey would try one, lined up for 10 minutes in the drive thru in the morning to be told they are out of beef, SMH, wow you guys suck!

Read moreI visited this Tim Hortons last week, and my experience was extremely disappointing. While waiting for my order, several employees were speaking in their own language and constantly glancing in my direction. It genuinely felt like I was the target of their conversation, which made me very uncomfortable and unwelcomed.
In a customer-facing environment, professionalism should come first. Employees should be communicating in a way that all customers can understand, especially when serving them. Speaking in their own language around customers creates an uninviting atmosphere and, in this case, made me feel singled out and disrespected.

Read moreThis Tim Horton’s location is by far the best one in the area. The Team Leader has done an excellent job of training her people. Everyone is always pleasant, smiling and friendly. They welcome me like an old friend. They rarely if ever run out of specific food or drinks - like another location nearby - they always get my order right, and it’s prepared quickly. The donuts and other baked goods seem to taste better here than at other locations. When I pay cash, they always give me the right change.
