Experienced this although somewhat anxious about doing so. It was fabulous our tour guides were Jackie and I think Matt although my friend thinks it was Jackie and Nick. Regardless they were awesome. Booked this experience as a gift for my boyfriend. I had a bit of a panic on the boat (no fault of the staff) but they handled it so well and didn’t make me feel bad or ashamed.
