I had high hopes for this place but their matcha bubble tea made me sick because while I ordered it dairy free, they didn't tell me that the powder has dairy in it. Their egg waffles are dry. Everything is in plastic and they don't offer a discount if you bring your own mug. Their teas are all sold in plastic. I ordered a masala chai once and it was watery. I did order an iced herbal tea there once (hibiscus I think or raspberry) and it was very good but I'm sure it was flavoured. No organic here folks. Customer service is slow. I prefer to support local businesses rather than American owned places like Starbucks or Tim Hortons but these guys need...

This place is just awesome. They're always super friendly and it's such a nice atmosphere. There's an amazing assortment of tea (I'm sort of obsessed with their matcha) and I'm SO happy there's a place where you can get bubble tea around NOTL! Not only that, but the size of the bubble tea is gigantic for what you pay. Super attentive to dairy-free folk. Will keep coming...
