The good: The massueur was amazing. I tried the 90 mins Calm and Glow package which is a full body massage plus 30 mins facial massage. Since I went with my family, they suggested the bundle of 3 massages, which actually upgraded my 75 mins to a 90 mins massage for free of charge. So I ended up paying $159 before tax and tips for 90 mins which is a good deal. They also accepted Wayspa gift cards which I purchased at Costco beforehand (I paid $75 for $100 value.) Free parking at the back (limited stalls, perhaps 3 in total?) They were willing to apologize for the miscommunication (pls see below.) The not-so-good: When they explained the package upgrade to me, I was informed that it would be the same cost as the 75 mins to be upgraded to 90 mins plus 1 free aromatherapy. However, when I checked my bill, they charged me for 1 aromatherapy. I didn't see the charges since I had paid with Wayspa for majority of the massages and then paid the tips/tax with credit card. I simply paid the amount and then was given a receipt. I looked at the receipt after, and called back to clarify about the aromatherapy charge. Due to the miscommunication on their end, they were willing to add a free aromatherapy on my next session. Also, the massage is not actually 90 mins despite what they write on the website (that 90 mins is actually 90 mins of massage.)

I recently had a massage in Sabai Thai Spa and it was absolutely wonderful! The experience was incredibly relaxing, but the facial massage, in particular, stood out. The therapist’s technique was both soothing and rejuvenating, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and revitalized. I left feeling completely relaxed and pampered. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a top-notch massage experience!

Visited this location on our anniversary getaway and loved the experience. The staff were so welcoming and good at their work. Chose the Black Friday deal 90mins serenity package- the best choice. The massage was super relaxing. Facial lasted 10min or so. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Reservation process was easy and parking in the rear.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Sabai Thai Spa with Bella! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment I walked into Sabai Thai Spa, I was enveloped in a serene and calming atmosphere that immediately set the tone for an exceptional experience. My massage with Bella was nothing short of outstanding.

Bella's expertise and attention to detail were evident from the start. She took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored the massage to address every concern. Her technique was both soothing and effective, melting away all the tension and stress I had accumulated. It was clear that Bella is not only highly skilled but also deeply passionate about her craft.

The ambiance of the spa further enhanced the experience. The tranquil environment, combined with the soothing music and delightful scents, transported me to a place of total relaxation. Every aspect of the spa, from the cleanliness to the thoughtful amenities, contributed to a truly luxurious experience.

This was my first visit to Sabai Thai Spa, and it has set a new standard for excellence in my book. Bella's exceptional massage and the overall fantastic first impression have made me a loyal customer. I highly recommend Sabai Thai Spa to anyone seeking a top-notch spa experience. I can't wait for...

I went in asking for a hard pressure massage. I was sold the 90 mins Siam blend by the manager. My therapist Tum /Tumi had long nails which kept poking me . I told her three times that I want more pressure. She just won't listen . The massage was like applying oil and poking her long nails inside my body. In the last ten minutes she told me that she can do hard pressure. When I went down to pay, the manager wanted to charge me extra 15 on top of the 129 that I had agreed for. When I asked why, I was told that it was for the" hard pressure" that I had asked for. When I argued that , when I asked for hard pressure you sold me the Siam blend massage , so she should have informed me of the extra charge then. In the end she didn't charge me the 15, but plus or minus 15 dollars was not the point. I went in to get a strong massage , left from there after almost 2 hours with oil smothered on my body for 90 mins and 145 dollars down .And the massage therapist's breath stunk up the whole room. This wasn't my first experience here but last time I gave her incorrect charging , benefit of doubt and didn't...
