Found 2 hour parking on MacKay Avenue, but there is proper park parking (3 hour) off Hamilton Avenue. We did the circular walk starting from Marine Drive and MacKay Avenue. There are washrooms (more for the playground I assume). After the first bridge you can go left or right. The path goes as far as Heywood Field then circles back. An easy walk about 20-25 minutes with a lot of small elevation changes and steps. If you want a longer workout, last time we exited up at West 23 Street and walked west to the Upper levels Highway pedestrian bridge. North on Pemberton Avenue, back on the trial, turned east onto the bridge across MacKay Creek. The up a long flight of stairs that exited on Crescentview Drive and into Edgemont Village. After a sandwich and bakery break, we headed back down Edgemont Boulevard/Fell Avenue to Marine Drive. That walk took us about 2 hours. I would recommend it to see more of the creek and the village. MacKay Creek Greenbelt has distance options and a variety of terrain, and the park for the kids. As well, I have to say it, it is close to Olives On Tap and Bad Dog Bread ;-) Daniel

Howdy, partner! Moseyed on down to this here trail, and it was a right purdy jaunt. Some of them hills had a mind to buck a fella right off, but the views from the top was worth the climb. Trail's a bit narrow, so best keep yer elbows tucked in. Saw a whole passel of dog walkers, so watch yer step! Young'uns had a grand ol' time climbin' on that there log by the parkin' lot. Shame 'bout that busted zipline though, that playground could use a bit more pep in its step.

Nice little walk with some steep hilly spots near a creek. The trails are fairly narrow and appear popular to dog walkers. There is a cool little climbing log for kids by the parking lot. Unfortunately the zipline at the playground is broken leaving the playground lacking some.

This is an oasis that is so gorgeous to walk through parks keep it so clean the courts are so deep in the forest you can't see nor hear the traffic this a place you'd want to be in a snow storm on a early evening walk in dec/Jan on the lit path way with the low lighting is gorgeous you ought walk it at night very safe place at night other than maybe seeing a bear making its way to the ocean down the green way for a salt intake but don't let that stop you cause there's probably less than 1% of you meeting a bear there .Why I'm saying this is cause the place just feels like a corridor for wild life to walk freely from the mountains to the ocean unhindered unmolested by people, the city and all the cars and trucks that drives these roads of north vancouver...

Went for the BMX Bike Track. Have also enjoyed the Interview River Walking Trails in the past. Currently there is construction areas performing maintenance so some places are off limits. But hey, it is well maintained!

My son and daughter love the BMX bike track!s! They started with the asphalt trainer track, moved u to the all dirt track, and are currently lov'n the large multisurface track with its high take off, hills, and switchbacks.

Built by the BMX Club. Free use and open to the public during park hours when not in use by BMX Club events. Plans for expansion. Wonderful!

Had so much fun, forgot to take...
