Crispy Delight — Restaurant in North Vancouver

Sorry, I really didnt like the pizza here. I tried because of their good google reviews but be careful with this one because the pizza style is quite unique!!! I can't just say the pizza is bad, obviously in the reiviews some people really likes it. But I feel I should warn the next person about what to expect.

we ordered the Mediterranean pizza and it turned out this Mediterranean is not at all like any version of pizza I've ever had.

The crust is like a ultra thin focaccia toasted to crispy and soaked in oil and not seasoned well.. It's smells like donut because of a deep fried oily smell. Also the crusy isn't chewy at all, a slice broke into 2 pieces in my hand because of the weight of too much topping. Im saying the crust broke into 2 pieces not topping falling from thr crust. Can you imagine how different the crust is.

The topping I feel like there's diced spam or some kind of diced ham. It had some kind of grated cheese topped on each slice, not evenly sprinkled on the whole pizza and sesame sprinkled on red bell peppers only.

overall experience: too much topping, too oily, unconventional ingredients, unconventional crust.

I have been a customer for more than 7 years and always had issues with their customer service. What happened tonight finally made me give them a 1 star. While we were still eating, the owner lady came to our table and asked if she could take away a styrofoam plate and a couple of plastic utensils from our table. We thought she was cleaning up, but she proceeded to put them back in the unused clean pile for other customers. This is a serious health hazard. Do not eat there. Another time a few years ago they completely forgot my order for 45 minutes (even after I reminded them once after 20 minutes when the rest of my table got their orders) and finally when they brought my pizza when all my friends had finished eating, they didn't even apologise. When I suggested to them that they should probably not charge me as good customer service, the same lady got angry and confrontational. These are just two examples. Tonight was the nail in the coffin....
