The design of the place is actually quite nice and promising, it gives a modern, stylish vibe that makes you feel it could be a great spot. However, the overall experience was unfortunately let down by poor customer service and average food.
The only person who seemed to understand proper customer service was the receptionist, who was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The rest of the staff seriously lack basic hospitality skills. One of the waitresses served us with a clear attitude, placing water glasses on the table as if she was annoyed to be there. There was no warmth in how we were treated at all.
When it came to cutlery, there were two of us at the table. One of us ordered soup first, so the waitress only brought cutlery for that person. When the second meal arrived, I had to ask for cutlery myself, they didn’t bring it automatically. I’m not sure if they expected me to eat with my hands or share with the person next to me, but it was quite unprofessional.
The Vaziri kebab itself was okay, nothing special. Not terrible, but definitely not memorable either.
At the end, when we asked for the bill, the waitress brought it over with a cold, unbothered attitude. I even said thank you after paying, and she didn’t respond or even look happy, just walked away. What really put me off was when I asked for the food to-go, and they gave me an empty box without a bag to carry it. Were they expecting me to walk down the street holding a box in my hands? I only got a bag after I went back and asked the receptionist, who again was the only pleasant and helpful person in the entire place.
In short, the place has potential thanks to its good design and the front desk staff, but the customer service seriously needs improvement, and the food quality could be better. I hope they work on training their staff and improving the...

Read moreThis is the best persian restaurant I have ever went to in Metro Vancouver. Here's some facts to know about the restaurant.
Atmosphere:
Inside the restaurant is pretty simple with aesthetic floral paintings on the bigger side of the restaurant while on the other hand, they had a more modern area near the entrance. Also, the restaurant is right beside "Persia", a great persian supermarket so you can have access to buying your groceries.
Food:
When we ate our food for the very first time, I was shocked to see how tasty the food was. The food was placed in silver plates that reminded me of the food in iran and how they looked like. The food, incredible and I was so proud to see how much effort they put in their food; especially their lamb, super soft and tasty. Although make sure you ask for them to put the rice on a separate plate so that your rice doesnt contain all the oils from the food. Although we bough the "tachin" was a bit bitter and unsual compared to regular tachin and they are supposed to be sweet. I would recommend you biying the lamb instead. They had great prices, not too expensive, and not to cheap with less effort and they were all pretty affordable.
The service:
I am so pleased with their service and how each and every worker care for their customers. The last time we were at the restaurant, it was pretty busy and it took a while to get our food. Since it took so long, the workers provided us free soup for the inconvenience. This showed us that the service of thiz restaurant are caring and thoughtful to one another.
Overall, if you are looking for a great persian restaurant to go to or bring someone to, this is the right place to go to. Although, it might be far for some people, but it's worth it and...
