Marconi Club Of London — Attraction in Ontario

We had been using this place since many years, but things have drastically since the new Manager came. He was very rude, unprofessional, unorganized and wild. He shouted at 3 women and a kid including me and asked us to get out.

We booked the venue 1 month ago and paid a deposit. He shouted and creamed at us saying your event is cancelled, get lost. We did not want to argue with him, so we left. We are just left with 2 days and need to find alternative venue for over 100 people.

He sends a message saying we have access to the venue, after being treated in such a wild manner do you think we will ever go back there.

We have a plan of action to ensure he never behaves this way ever again with ladies and a kid. We paid deposit, the venue was booked but he cancelled it. This has resulted in undue confusion, damage of reputation, trust, insult and discrimination against a community and a group.

It's just not any other social event we are talking about. It's a church anniversary where over 100 people are expected. We will not tolerate such behavior neither should anyone.

We will wait for appropriate action at the right time. The previous manager was a close friend to us, this one seems to be a wild one. We will never deal with this venue ever again! Letters have been sent out to the members of the board of the club - we shall wait their response before...

The food was phenomenal and so many of our guests commented on how delicious everything was. The service was top-notch, and the drinks were flowing all night with friendly and attentive staff making sure no one went without.

The Marconi Club truly is the best wedding venue in London. Between the outstanding customer service, the value they provide, and the quality of the experience, they exceeded all of our expectations.
