I'm leaving this review from a horrible experience I had this evening with a female employee working at this location on Feb, 10 2019 at 2:20 am

I ordered 40 dollars almost worth of food, when the food arrived it was cold because she had made it when she thought the driver was going to show up, knowing the food had sat in the window for a long period of time she still sent the food out to us. We received our food mushy and cold , when I called she said there was nothing that she could do because the driver was late, though she is the one who sent the cold food and took no responsibility that she could of remade it! We were to call the skip the dishes! She then proceeded to have an attitude with me, I being the customer was of course not happy about wasting money on food I could not eat but, I was not yelling, nor was I calling her name I was speaking in a tone of someone who just received 40 dollars worth of cold food- I told her I would call head office , she then said "Go for it!" and hung up the phone! I called back and said "You don't get to hang up on customers," She then stated that I was treating HER badly and she didn't need to put up with this at all! That's fine- I order here all the time and I will take my business elsewhere, I have never been treated so disrespectfully! I will be contacting head office tomorrow- as well as telling people I know! I will be taking my business to Oxford.

Prior to last night I would have rated them as professional and friendly. However, my spouse placed an order last night by phone with someone named Steve around 6:30 pm. This staff member was very unprofessional and impatient. As a result of his fast paced talking during the order process my spouse couldn't hear what he was saying, and clearly Steve was frustrated with him because he had to repeat himself more than once. We ended up changing our order to something else as a result of miscommunication and the rude, impatient tone of Steve. We received our order before the deadline, however, we could tell that the chicken wings were not seasoned properly. We could taste that the sauces were watered down, and the dry rubs were used sparingly. I am not satisfied that the staff went to these lengths to mess with our food over a miscommunication issue. I want to know who the manager is so I can show them the service we received as I kept the boxes of half eaten wings as proof. We couldn't even tolerate the honey garlic wings because of how watered down they were. This is disgraceful and I hope the staff involved in acting childish are dealt with. Called tonight to order two pounds of medium wings because I figured it would be cheaper than ordering through skip the dishes. Spoke to an East Indian gentleman that told me it would cost $53 including delivery, I accepted, I then felt it was wrong because I order from this location frequently and have not paid anything close to that. I checked skip the dishes, and the same 2lbs order came to $39, tip included… as I called the location back to confirm my order was correct and we did not get it mistaken, he confirmed the order correctly and said delivery is $3.99 I told him to cancel the order because it’s on skip the dishes for cheaper. He acted dumbfounded when I told him the price online and quickly hung up. I checked their ring a wing website and it’s listed on their menu, 2lbs for $27.95….. He CLEARLY tried to rip us off by making a quick $10 for himself….. UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE. This needs to be addressed...
